What a Fantastic Day

I’d like to thank everyone from Chris and I, who made it to the wedding and reception. You all made our day the most wonderful day of our lives. The weather turned out great, the ceremony was perfect if not chaotic on my part, you all know what i mean if you were there . The wedding breakfast and and speaches were excellent and the recption went well. Many of you commented on how good the music was, and you all seemed to have a great time. Thank you for being there for us.

Chris and I are off to the Lake District tomorrow and we’re looking forward to relaxing and enjoying a four poster bed We will be putting any photos that are sent to us on Flickr when we get back next weekend.

Chris Passes Motorcycle Test

A big WELL DONE to Chris who has passed his full Motorcyle test today. I knew he could do it. Luckily the rain held off so he didn’t need to worry about that. He passed with just 2 minor faults. It won’t be long till he has his Honda Sabre, which is on the way. Congratulations babe

Hen Night Fun

My hen night took place on Saturday 13 May and although 13 may be unlucky for some for us it was a fantastic day that went without a hitch. We started our day off with pole dancing at the Arca bar, Birmingham. Credit is due for all that took part as the girls throw themselves into it and we had a really good laugh. The teacher Tamara was friendly and explained the moves well, and made us all feel comfortable. The 2 hours seemed to go really quick. We then moved on to the Big Wok for a buffet meal. Our evening pub crawl started at O’Neil’s and finished at the Indi bar, which played some great tunes. View the photos on Flickr here…

The Poppy Lounge refused to let us in because we were a hen party which disappointed me as I’ve been in there many times and they had no problems letting us in for our first drink of the afternoon when they were empty as we were early meeting the rest of the girls at the Arca bar. It was a great day and I would recommend the pole dancing party to anyone, however expect bruises as I’ve got four on my right arm and one on my knee.

A special thank you goes out to Michelle one of my Bridesmaids, who used her own wedding veil to add to my cowboy hat as well as spending a lot of time creating a scrap book that you can only look at if your over 18 and don’t have a weak heart

Thanks to – Michelle, Eden, Lesley, Hazel, Debbie, Janey, Lynsey, Vicky, Natalie, Sara, Hannah, Christine, Honor and Caz, you made my day, I couldn’t of asked for a better one. Even More Stag Photos

Thanks to Barbie for the CD full of photos. Should anyone want to check them out they are in the same place as before on our Flickr account within the photo set Chris’s Stag Do April 2006 so get yourself over there and have a look.

I’m still trying to use up the film on the camera I took out on the evening, and we’ve then got to find a transparency scanner to scan them in once we’ve got a set printed. At the moment with everything going on it seems a bit too much hassle for some no doubt quite dark and blurry (Guinness induced camera-shake) photos so we might not bother

Thanks to JJ, (absolute star) the first set of photos from the stag night came through on three printed sets and on cd so we’ve uploaded these to our flickr account and have some printed versions. If anyone wants a printed version of a picture (subject to demand) then get in touch.

Stagged Out

Thanks to all who made it to my Stag Do on Saturday just passed, I hope you all had a great time and enjoyed the day I really enjoyed it. Also a thanks to all as compared to other Stag Do’s we bumped into it seems I got away very lightly indeed =)

Unfortunately a few people couldn’t make it on the day, just to let you know you were missed and we look forward to seeing you at the wedding at the end of the month.

For those of you who caught us on camera don’t forget to send me your snaps for ~~censorship~~, ahem – inclusion, on the site.
