Wedding List
Chris and I have decided to take a different approach with the wedding gifts. To be honest with living together for 5 years and having a house for 2 of those, there’s nothing we need house wise. We also don’t feel that people should be made to bring a gift especially as many of you will be travelling across the country to join us on our special day and paying for hotel rooms.
However many of you have said you wish to give us a gift of some description so we’ve come up with the best way you can help us.
As we mentioned in our honeymoon section, we are struggling to afford to go on a honeymoon, which is why we’ve selected to do our main holiday later in the year. We have booked our holiday for the 10-17 October to go to Egypt and tour all the sites and travel out into the desert. We haven’t paid for this yet other than a deposit and we’re saving to be able to pay the full balance nearer the time.
If you do wish to give us a gift we’d be grateful for any donations towards this. We’d like you to think of it as paying for a part of the plane fare, or entrance into the pyramids etc.
Obviously this is completely up to the discretion of all our guests and we’d like to make it clear that we don’t expect anything from any of you as were just happy you can afford to be there with us.
